I don’t know. It might have the opposite effect – given that the image is ‘out of the ordinary’..

Mmmm what would it take to keep that baby healthy until he is ready to care for himself in in 18 yrs or 3 years if his parents die?
Your question is thought provoking…one healthy baby is indicative of something that is working. Keeping people in a perpetual state of need is how we have operated with charity ie Cancer Society..keep suffering=keep giving. Non preventative perpetuity .,,
