Mmmm what would it take to keep that baby healthy until he is ready to care for himself in in 18 yrs or 3 years if his parents die?
Your question is thought provoking…one healthy baby is indicative of something that is working. Keeping people in a perpetual state of need is how we have operated with charity ie Cancer Society..keep suffering=keep giving. Non preventative perpetuity .,,
